Eyebrow Transplantation

Eyebrow transplantation is a surgical procedure performed to provide fuller and more aesthetically attractive eyebrows to people who have problems with sparse eyebrow area, eyebrow loss or irregular eyebrow growth. This procedure is performed in a manner similar to hair transplantation methods, but hair follicles are transplanted to the eyebrow area.

Eyebrow transplantation usually includes the following steps:

Consultation: Before the procedure, a consultation is held with our eyebrow transplant specialist. During this consultation, the person's targeted eyebrow shape, density and eyebrow line are determined.
Local Anesthesia: Local anesthesia is applied to ensure patient comfort and painlessness during the procedure.
Selection of Eyebrow Area: The area where eyebrow transplantation will be performed is determined. These areas are generally filled with hair follicles taken from the hairy areas.
Extraction of Hair Follicles: Hair follicles are usually removed using FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) or a similar method. During this process, hair follicles are carefully removed one by one.
Transplantation to the Eyebrow Area: The extracted hair follicles are transplanted to the eyebrow area individually or in small groups. The transplanted hair follicles are placed to form new eyebrow hairs.
Healing Process: After the procedure, the patient's eyebrow transplantation area begins to heal. Scabs may form and slight redness may occur in the first few days. However, the healing process is usually quick.
Results: Eyebrow transplantation results may vary from person to person, but it is generally seen that new eyebrow hairs grow within a few months and the desired eyebrow appearance is achieved.
